Lovely Luxurious Lashes - Policies & Cancellations:
- Lash Applications:
- Please ensure your face is free of makeup, especially around your eyes. There will be an additional cost for a lash bath or the client may be asked to reschedule.
- If you are getting lash fills previously applied by an outside lash tech, we require that you come in for a consultation first, so we can see what needs to be done.
- All lashes fills are scheduled 2-3 weeks from initial placement of lash extensions (sometimes sooner depending on how fast your lashes grow and how well the extensions were maintained.)
- When coming in for a fill, the client must have 60-70% of lash extensions intact at the time of their visit. Please note that your appointment will be considered a full set if extensions do not meet the minimum requirements.
- After 3 fills you are required to schedule a full set again.
- Cell Phones:
- We ask kindly that cell phones are turned off or placed on silent to prevent disruption during procedure.
- If you use one of our chargers, please remember to take your phone and leave the charger.
- We are not responsible for cell phones left on chargers unattended.
- Late/Cancellations:
- We require a 24-hour notice when canceling appointments or a $25 late cancellation fee will be charged.
- All same-day appointments must be canceled 1 hour in advance from scheduled appointment time or a $25 fee will be charged.
- No call/ No shows will be charged the full price of the services booked.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time, just in case you need to use the restroom and to get ready for the procedure to avoid a late fee of $20.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late there is a $20 late fee. After 20 minutes late your appointment will be canceled and charged 50% of the services you are having are charged.
- We have a no refund policy, all services are final sales.
